Returns Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.
Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, please ensure:
- Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- Product is in original packaging with all tags and accessories.
- You have proof of purchase (order ID or invoice).
- Product has not been used, washed, or altered (except for checking functionality).
Non-refundable items: Gift cards, clearance/sale items (unless damaged), and products damaged due to misuse.
Return Process
Follow these simple steps to initiate a return:
Step 1
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order ID and photos/videos of the issue.
Step 2
Our team will review and approve your return request within 2 business days.
Step 3
We'll arrange free pickup of the product from your address.
Step 4
Refund processed within 7-10 business days after quality check.
Refund Methods
Refunds are issued based on your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card / Net Banking / UPI: Refund credited to same account within 7-10 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund issued via bank transfer (NEFT) — please provide bank details.
- Store Credit: Instant store credit option available for faster processing.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect product).
Membership Plan Refunds
For Silver (25% OFF) and Gold (35% OFF) 1-year membership plans:
- Cancellation within 7 days of purchase: Eligible for pro-rata refund (minus any discounts already used).
- Cancellation after 7 days: No refund, but membership remains active until the end of the 1-year term.
- No refunds for membership plans if you have already placed orders using the discount.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days after approval:
- Check with your bank or credit card company — processing times vary.
- Contact us at info@officesolutions.in with your order ID.
Exchange Policy
If you received a defective or incorrect product, you may request an exchange instead of a refund. We will ship the correct/replacement product at no additional cost after receiving the returned item.
