Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Saavee Home Care website, purchasing our products, or subscribing to our membership plans, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

Products & Services

Saavee Home Care offers premium cleaning essentials, subscription plans (Silver & Gold), and referral programs. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or modify pricing without prior notice.

• Product descriptions and images are for illustrative purposes; actual products may vary slightly.
• We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free.
• All sales are subject to our return and refund policy (see Section 7).

Membership Plans

Our Silver (25% off) and Gold (35% off) plans are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Key terms:

• Discount applies to all Saavee products on the website.
• Membership is non-transferable and cannot be shared.
• No auto-renewal by default; you may manually renew or enable auto-renewal from your account.
• Cancellation within 7 days of purchase is eligible for a pro-rata refund. After 7 days, no refunds.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue membership benefits with 30 days' notice.

Referral Program

Our referral program rewards you with 5% cashback on every order placed by friends you refer, for 1 full year from their first purchase. Terms apply:

• Valid referral code must be used at checkout.
• Cashback is credited as store credit or can be withdrawn via bank transfer (minimum withdrawal ₹500).
• Referral abuse (self-referrals, fake accounts) will result in forfeiture of rewards and account suspension.
• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.

Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We accept payments via secure gateways (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking).

• Order confirmation is subject to product availability and payment verification.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes (GST).
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraud or pricing errors.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.

Returns & Refunds

If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect products, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund. Returned products must be unused and in original packaging.

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is on our part.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses due to compromised accounts.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website (logos, images, text, graphics, trademarks) is the property of Saavee Home Care. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saavee Home Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Palghar, Maharashtra.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The "Last Updated" date indicates when changes were made. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
